![]() ![]() ![]() William was preceded in death by his Parents, wife, three sisters, Sister M. William is survived by one daughter, Ellen (Michael) Malloy, Milwaukee, WI one son Robert Robertson, Houston, TX, four grandchildren, Kevin (Dawn) Robertson, Topeka, KS, Christine Baatrup, Peabody, KS, Shannon Taylor, Mustang, Ok, James William (Christine) Malloy, Shorewood, WI, nine great-grandchildren, Kevin, Patience, Zachary, Shannon, Paul, Johnathan, Christopher, Megan, Molly, and one on the way, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and long-time best friend Sam Roberts, Warren, IN. On Novemin LaPorte, Indiana he married Gladys Bartelt Cook whom preceded him in death on November 15, 1989. He was awarded the Historian of the Year Award by the LaPorte County Historical Society in 2000. From the ages of 69 to 90, William worked for the LaPorte County Historical Museum in several capacities, including three years as curator. William retired in 1975 from Allis-Chalmers as an Administrative Assistant. He moved to Greenfield, Wisconsin in 2009 to live near his daughter and her family. William was born on Octoto Edward and Anna (Rachor) Robertson in LaPorte, Indiana and lived here most of his life. Robertson, 98, of Greenfield, Wisconsin and formerly of LaPorte, Indiana passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015. ![]()
